For nearly 10 years Mr. Seeber has been the driving force behind the Kingsland Marine difference. Product knowledge, technical training, and a thorough understanding of sport boat operations allows Mr. Seeber to offer the best options to each customer resulting in a boat purchase that brings satisfaction both short and long term. This understanding has also resulted in manufacturers seeking the input of Mr. Seeber whether in product improvement or initial design.  In 2008 Sea Doo invited Mr. Seeber as the only dealer representative in North America to an interior finishes symposium at the Sea Doo sport boat factory which resulted in the upgraded fabrics and stainless steel trim that are now Sea Doo standards. In 2009 Mr. Seeber was invited to the Sea Doo design center in Canada as a member of the newly formed Sea Doo Sport Boat Technical Committee along with five other dealer principals representing the largest dealers in North America. The result, then known as the Neptune project is the current day Sea Doo 210 Challenger. Equally important to Mr. Seeber is customer satisfaction both during and after the sale. The concept of offering any type of training to each sport boat buyer is rare in the industry however Mr. Seeber believes that in water familiarization sessions should be offered to all Kingsland Marine sport boat customers. The resulting Customer Satisfaction Index score as measured by J.D Power and Associates is well above both the regional and national averages proving the viability of the Kingsland Marine difference for years to come.
